Net Inc is proud to offer a fully-managed Drupal support and hosting package for our clients. This package has three options: Ad-hoc, Security or All In.

The Ad-Hoc package secures our expert’s availability and includes notifications on available updates to your Drupal site(s). You decide when and what to update and we take care of the rest.

The Security package includes all security updates released by the Drupal community for all of your contributed modules and Drupal core. This also includes notifications about all non-security related updates and you may choose to have our experts apply those updates on an ad-hoc basis.

The All-In package includes all available updates to Drupal core and contributed modules.

All updates to Drupal core and contributed modules are fully tested on a development version of your production site, ensuring that updates applied do not effect your site’s availability or functionality. We apply updates to your development version within 5 business days of the day the update was released (or your approval to apply update); after testing, we apply the updates to production within 5 days, for a total of 10 business days maximum turnaround.

Our Hosting package can be combined with any of our support packages. The hosting package is a managed service which we customize to fit your site’s needs. As your site scales up or down, we can easily and quickly change the amount of dedicated resources to your hosting package. As part of this service we also provide you with a control pan
